Where you and Ring 24/7 sign a separate service agreement, that agreement takes priority over these terms.
These terms govern your use of the Ring 24/7 website and service, operated by the Ring 24/7 team, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By enquiring, purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Ring 24/7 provides an AI-powered communication service including an AI voice receptionist, AI website chat agent, appointment booking, SMS follow-ups, integrations and reporting ("the Service"). Each customer's Service is custom-built, tested and launched only after you approve it.
The Service is for businesses and organisations. By using it you confirm you are authorised to enter into these terms on behalf of your business.
You must not use the Service to: send unlawful, misleading, harassing or deceptive communications; impersonate another person or business; make unsolicited marketing calls or messages in breach of the law; or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service. We may suspend the Service to investigate suspected misuse.
The Service uses artificial intelligence. While it is designed to be accurate and to escalate to a human when unsure, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration and the conversation reports we provide, and for correcting the business information the AI relies on. The Service is not intended for emergency calls and must not be presented to callers as an emergency service.
We target high availability using established cloud and telephony providers. If the Service is unavailable, calls fall back to your original call forwarding. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Ring 24/7 platform, software and underlying technology remain our property (or our licensors'). You keep ownership of your business content and of your customers' conversation data; we process that data only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On cancellation you can export your transcripts, contacts and knowledge documents before your account closes.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for hosting, telephony, SMS, scheduling, payments and integrations). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
Subject to section 11, to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
You may cancel the weekly service by contacting us any time after its three-month minimum term; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your call forwarding simply reverts to how it was before.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance where practical. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
